Meet Jessica Lim

Welcome, my name is Jessica Lim. I am a student at Stockton University, studying psychology with a concentration in mental health (expected to graduate in May 2021). I am an attentive, adaptable and resilient individual offering over three years as Shift Leader for Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Being shift leader, I am focused and skilled in employee oversight, mentoring and making process improvements. I am capable of managing a team with proactive approach and conscientious attention on day-to-day needs. Additionally, I am trusted to positively represent Amazon as well as Riddle & Bloom by being well-versed and knowledgeable in all products. I am an outgoing and reliable Brand Ambassador with experience in promoting products to college students. Working for Riddle & Bloom has given me the opportunity to be able to express myself creatively whilst effectively communicating and engaging customers about Amazon’s products and current promotions. I plan on using this blog to showcase my skills as an employee as well as exercise my digital portfolio skills.
